Three Exterior Options for Our New Build

We signed off on our plans last week and couldn’t wait any longer to start dreaming up what the exterior of our home could look like! So, we opened up our 2D renderings in Photoshop and created patterns and overlaid them onto the home and created texture and colors. Note, we are not professionals at...

Difficult choice because each option is very nice. I chose by eliminating number 1 to start, simply because I thought 2 different colors between the brick entryway and laundry room did’t feel as uniformed as the others.
I was particularly drawn to option #2 though with the dark accents around the windows with the grey board on the laundry room.ReplyCancel

    • Thank you for your feedback Michael! We see exactly what you are saying! I think we feel the all white brick is the safer option, but option 3 has a more english inspired aesthetic. However, the dark board & batten is something we are really drawn to! See our dilemma! 😉ReplyCancel

I do! …and now I’m swayed towards option 3.. Best advice will be; trust your gut instinct and I think you’ve got this! ReplyCancel

We have a freestanding tub in our master bath.  We chose a freestanding faucet and controls.  One real advantage is that it has a handheld waterhead which comes in really handy for cleaning/rinsing the tub.  Wall mounted faucets won’t give you that feature.  Hope this helps!ReplyCancel
