Creamy Whipped Fall Butter

Delicious and Creamy Whipped Butter with Pumpkin & Honey

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz of Butter softened at room temperature, 1 ½ sticks
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 tbsp Local Honey
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Using your stand mixer with the whisk or paddle attachment, whip butter for one minute
  • Add the pumpkin puree and honey and whip until well incorporated (about 5 minutes)
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and continue to mix on low until creamy and smooth
  • Spoon over into a bowl and jar
  • Serve on freshly baked bread or a favorite dessert

Notes

Serve after making or store in the refrigerator for 1 week.
