Creamy Whipped Fall Butter
Ingredients
- 6 oz of Butter softened at room temperature, 1 ½ sticks
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 3 tbsp Local Honey
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Using your stand mixer with the whisk or paddle attachment, whip butter for one minute
- Add the pumpkin puree and honey and whip until well incorporated (about 5 minutes)
- Add in the remaining ingredients and continue to mix on low until creamy and smooth
- Spoon over into a bowl and jar
- Serve on freshly baked bread or a favorite dessert
