How to Transition Your Home From Winter to Spring

We have been looking forward to sharing this post! With spring quickly approaching, today, we are sharing 3 simple ways to transition your home decor from winter to spring.

Tip 1 : Lighten up your textiles

Replace your darker winter textiles with lighter tones like we did here with this pillow for an overall fresh vibe.

Tip 2 : Bring in some warmth

Adding this basket not only adds functional storage to your space but will instantly make your room feel more cozy and inviting by bringing in these warmer tones.

We also love this large seagrass basket for holding extra textiles, & maybe even some of our boy’s toys 😉

Tip 3 : Greenery

Greenery is one of the easiest ways to bring your space to life again! After the winter months, we always enjoy adding fresh plants in beautiful containers, like this stoneware pot, into our home.

If you don’t have a green thumb, we highly recommend this faux Kangaroo Fern– it is one of the best faux plants we have found and we will be using ours in our RV!

Bonus Tip 1 : Swap out your artwork to fit better with the current season. Here we are using this artwork on our Samsung Frame TV.

Can you post the exact wood / leather choice of that chair?

    Love everything ????!

    • Thank you so much! We can’t recommend these chairs enough! Ours are the black frame with Vintage Midnight leather.

      • Lara says:

Love this! Did you do anything to condition or otherwise alter the leather on the chairs? We just purchased one and love the worn-in, cozy look of yours.

        • Hi Lara! No, we didn’t do anything! Our chairs are about 2 years old and are used every day- either us sitting in them or our pups jumping up in them and napping. They will wear beautifully over time!

Can you share where you found the artwork hanging above the floating cabinet? I couldn’t find it on your blog. Thanks!☺️
