Favorite Online Print Shops for Digital Artwork
When choosing artwork for The Frame TV, I like to use vintage-inspired paintings instead of photographs or artwork with a lot of negative space. The reason for this is I have found that the digital art paintings appear the most realistic on the TV whereas photographs and artwork with white negative space appear less realistic due to the luminosity of the TV.
Tip No. 01 – Choose artwork with muted colors and texture like a vintage painting.
Tip No. 02 – Choose ‘no mat’ on your TV artwork settings.
Tip No. 03 – Turn the brightness down and adjust the warm/cool tones to what looks most realistic with the natural light in your room.
Tip No. 04 – Resize your art prior to uploading onto your TV. We resize ours to a 16:9 ratio and 7680 x 4320px at 72dpi. Sometimes the app can give us issues when trying to upload so we just put our art file on a USB and plug right into our TV box and save the art onto our TV.
