Fall Front Porch 2025

September 27, 2025

I have so much to update you all on, this last year has been… a lot. In case you missed this post, we said goodbye to our first family home of 12 years back in February and moved into my parents’ guest house/pole barn while we built our home.

After the longest 7 months, we passed our final inspection this month and started to move into our home. It feels surreal and overwhelming all at the same time- I am just forever grateful that we made it, our family is all back in a home together again, and now we get to personalize each space, little by little.

Starting with our front porch… because, nothing says welcome home, like pumpkins on the front porch.

Get the Look

Our home in the evenings, as the sun is setting, is my favorite- it casts the prettiest warm glow onto our front porch.

I fell in love with these planters and knew I wanted to use them for our fall porch…

We planted Juniper trees in the center, Ivy and Mums around the base and filled in with pine straw.

These natural lit pumpkins are a favorite addition this year- I love how organic and charming they are and they are currently on sale!

Over the last several years, I have made my own fall wreaths. Last year and this year I used some of my favorite faux branches- you can see last year’s fall wreath here.

DIY Wreath Supplies

I used 3 branches that I cut into many pieces using bolt and wire cutters. Then I used small brown zip ties to secure the branches onto the grapevine wreath.

What I’m Wearing

I hope everyone is enjoying the coziness of this season brings!
